Have an idea for a project that would benefit a group, a community or the region?  The Council is always looking for good projects.

Proposed projects must help the Southeastern PA Resource Conservation & Development  Council (SEPA RC&D) achieve it's Goals & Objectives. You are invited to complete both sides of the Project Application Form and submit your idea to the SEPA RC&D Council.  The Board of Directors review projects assistance requests at the bimonthly SEPA RC&D Council Meetings.
