SEPA RC&D Stream Signage Survey Thank you to all the municipalities that completed the Stream Signage Survey Form. We are tallying the results and will continue to search for a funding source. The proposed SEPA RC&D Stream Signage Program would be to install PENNDOT-approved signs identifying streams, rivers, and creeks in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The signs would be placed immediately before both sides of bridges on roads that cross over the waterways. The signs would be the standard PENNDOT-approved metal signs as seen along roads (900mm x 300mm, reflectorized blue background with white reflectorized lettering).
